Which seat does each person need?
Viewer for people without an inbox worth filing. Team for everyone with an inbox. Leader for the people who run things and want the assistant, recordings and the weekly brief.
How does the trial work?
14 days on your own Microsoft 365 tenant with your real email, so you see your own business filed. No charge until the trial ends.
What counts towards the assistant allowance?
Only Ask Tifet conversations: one question and its answer. Filing mail and recordings never counts. The allowance is pooled across your organisation, 300 per Leader seat each month, and top-ups never expire.
Can seats change mid-month?
Yes. Add a person and the seat is charged from that day. Remove one and the change applies at your next renewal.
Is pricing final?
This is launch pricing for early-access customers. It is held for the length of your first year.
