Tifet Bridge is built for businesses that are careful with email. Here is exactly how it treats yours.
Your email and files stay where they are
Tifet Bridge reads your Microsoft 365 through Microsoft’s own interfaces. Mail stays in Exchange, files stay in SharePoint and OneDrive. Bridge keeps the index, the filing decisions and the diary in its own database, in the region you choose.
Only the mailboxes you list
Access is scoped by a Microsoft access policy to a named group of mailboxes. Bridge cannot open a mailbox outside that group, and your Microsoft administrator holds that list, not Tifet.
Three readers levels and locked folders
Every filed line carries a readers level: Everyone, Management or Executives. A locked folder opens only to the people named on it, whatever their role. A person always sees their own lines.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Connections use TLS. Stored data and backups are encrypted at rest by the hosting provider. Secrets are kept in the hosting platform’s secret store, never in code.
No training on your data
The AI models behind Ask Tifet are used under terms that do not allow training on customer data. Your records are used only to answer your own people.
Yours to export, yours to delete
Export your records at any time. When you leave, your data is deleted from Bridge on request, with written confirmation.

Admin consent
A Microsoft 365 administrator approves the Bridge application once. Permissions are listed in plain words before approval.

Scope the mailboxes
Your administrator creates a group of the mailboxes Bridge may read and applies the access policy. We provide the exact steps.

Set readers levels
Decide who is Executive, Management and Everyone in each business unit. Bridge applies it to every line from the first day.
