Tifet Finance Hub
Every supplier bill read, checked and ready in the right company's Xero.
Tifet Finance Hub reads every bill that arrives in your accounts inbox, works out which of your companies it belongs to, and prepares it in that company's Xero with the coding already filled in. One person checks it and presses publish. Built for groups that run many companies and trusts from one inbox, where the hard part is knowing whose bill it is.
Built for: Family offices and business groups that keep several companies in Xero.
What it does
What it runs
The right company, every time
Each bill is matched to the company or trust it belongs to, using what it says on the invoice and how you have filed that supplier before.
Checked before you pay
Bank details, ABN and the sender's email address are checked against what you already have on file for that supplier. A changed account number or a look-alike address is flagged before the bill goes any further.
Coded before you look
The account, tax and tracking are suggested from the supplier's past bills, ready for a quick check.
One press to Xero
The draft bill and its PDF go to the right Xero organisation, with a guard against entering the same bill twice.
Receipts from your phone
Photograph a receipt and it is filed and processed like any emailed bill.
